Payment methods and shipping.
Buying items on the web is easy. Just have to follow the steps that are showing in the cart and checkout. Payment methods are sufficient and reliable. Therefore payment can be done in the following way:
Domestic (Spain) shipments.
For domestic shipments there´s five payment methods:
-Credit Card Payment:
The most internationally widespread method of payment. Simply enter your card data to finalize the purchase from the comfort of your home.
Our site has security system with SSL certificate to protect the confidentiality of your data.
– Bank transfer:
The bank deposit must be made into the account: IBAN: ES41 3008 0076 5629 1248 4413 and BIC / Swift: BCOEESMM008
While that the payment is not made,we will not send out the order.
– Payment through Paypal:
Paypal is one of the most secure payment methods that exist for the purchaser and therefore more and more people employ it in the international market. Our site provides you the payment through paypal, for it simply must have a paypal account, or open up one, and follow the steps. The payment gateway, to which the web is redirected when it comes to pay, offers to pay by bank card or bank current account automatically without showing bank data.
This method carries a surcharge of 3.5% and a rate of 0.35 euros which is what Paypal charge to mediate payment.
– Cash on delivery:
The price of the item along with the shipping costs will be paid upon receipt of the package. This payment is not established for international shipping.
This method takes a surcharge of 3% which is the rate charged for courier companies and post using this shipping method.
If you live nearby (Navarra, Spain) and want to stop by our place and pick up the package, we will be happy. Obviously in this case the shipping costs will be void.
For international shipping, payment methods are three:
-Credit Card Payment:
As in domestic shipments. The buyer only have to enter the card details confidentially protected by SSL security system.
– Bank transfer:

The prices of the items for sale are shown in the web shop and may be subject to change by the seller at any time.
At any time and for any reason or concerns that arise during the checkout process, you can ask us any question on the contact form.
The shipping methods that we have chosen for conditions and delivery rates are the company Genei and Post Mail, using one or another depending on the circumstances of each order.
Rates for shipping costs vary depending for national (Spain), Europe or for rest of the world.
Seven euros. Included for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra.
– International (Worldwide):
These rates are intended for packages up to 2 kg, which are about three product units. If the packet is heavier we run with extra shipping cost.
The shipping using Post always will be certified for the customer to keep track.
Delivery & Returns:
Being a product of craftsmanship, orders are custom made. So at 24-72 hours in domestic shipments and international shipments 2-3 weeks that the courier company or post can take to deliver the package, we must add one or two days for making the product depending on the difficulty.
If the shipment is via courier, delivery will always be at home. Unless the package weighs more than 40 kg. If the shipment is via post, the delivery will be home or not, as stipulated by the Post. Before any doubt it is better to ask them.
Being a completely handmade product and the custom orders, they are not subject to the right of return for withdrawal.
There will be a right to return, to be held within a period of 10 days from the delivery of the product, in the following cases and under the following conditions:
1.- Change the size by the customer once the product is received.
2.- Any repairs for looseness or narrowness problems.
The return shipping costs both outbound and return will always be paid by the customer.
Change of size
On the issue of change of size, the customer must be aware at all times of which size is buying. And let us know in advance if your shoe size or thickness of the upper have any special measure that goes beyond the standard size. For this, you can check our size guide.
Returns and changes must be managed through the contact form on the website or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
The product must be in perfect condition, completely new and unused at the time of the return. We reserve the right to not accept the return of products that do not come in perfect condition as now stated.
We are not responsible if the customer does not collect by negligence the already shipped package. In these cases there will be no refund of the price of the product.
